Working across 5 teams within LIONS, focusing on the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity:

• Marketing including Awards audit, Reps, LIONS INTELLIGENCE (The Work, WARC, IQ,), Creative/Copywriting, Presenting a Retention Strategy brief.
• Partnerships: in-depth research into the creator economy, gathering prospective new business partners with rationale and segmentation for LIONS Creators.
• Product: UI/UX, auditing competitor databases and demos
• Content: Organising on-site operations and admin tasks using Excel
• Learning: Helping with the Young Lions Competition on-site at the Festival

I am learning how to communicate clearly and authoritatively with weekly presentation tasks set within the teams. I am greatly increasing my understanding of the industry from the perspective of the global benchmark, Cannes Lions.

I also presented a business proposal that I have worked on throughout the 3 months, to a room of 30 executives and colleagues including the CEO, receiving positive feedback and bringing a warm atmosphere.
